Led by Hamid Aminian, a registered quantity surveyor and member of AIQS, the business is backed by over 20 years of experience across residential and commercial projects. With a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the Università di Bologna and as Founder and Director of Avant Build, Hamid brings both technical expertise and practical construction insight to every project.
